Fut Duel'i ("Uygulama") kullanarak bu Hizmet Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama, bireysel geliştirici Batuhan Ökten tarafından sunulmaktadır. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
1. Hizmetin Tanımı
Fut Duel; oyuncuların futbolcu kartları toplayıp kadro kurduğu ve çevrimiçi olarak rakiplerle düello yaptığı bir mobil oyundur. Maç eşleştirme, sıralama, draft turnuvaları, görevler ve FutPass gibi özellikler içerir.
2. Hesap
- Uygulamayı kullanmak için Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparak bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir.
- Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesap oluşturmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız.
- Doğru ve güncel bilgi vermeyi kabul edersiniz.
- Kullanıcı adı: 3–20 karakter; yalnızca harf, rakam ve alt çizgi (_). Küfür, nefret söylemi, taklit veya yanıltıcı isimler yasaktır. Sıralama ve maçlarda görünür; ihlalde hesap askıya alınabilir.
- Şifre: En az 8 karakter; en az bir harf ve bir rakam içermelidir.
3. Sanal Para ve Uygulama İçi Satın Alımlar
Uygulama; Elmas, Altın ve FutPass gibi sanal öğeler ve para birimleri içerir. Bunlarla ilgili koşullar:
- Sanal paraların ve öğelerin gerçek para karşılığı yoktur ve Uygulama dışında kullanılamaz.
- Sanal öğeler devredilemez, başka hesaplara veya kişilere aktarılamaz.
- Satın alınan sanal öğeler, yürürlükteki yasaların gerektirdiği durumlar dışında iade edilemez. İade talepleri Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir.
- Sanal öğeleri istediğimiz zaman değiştirme, yönetme veya kaldırma hakkını saklı tutarız.
Tüm ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir.
4. Kullanım Kuralları
Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:
- Hile yazılımı, bot, otomasyon veya yetkisiz üçüncü taraf araçlar kullanmak
- Oyunu, sunucuları veya diğer oyuncuların deneyimini bozmaya çalışmak
- Hesap satmak, takas etmek veya paylaşmak
- Yasa dışı, taciz edici veya uygunsuz davranışlarda bulunmak
- Uygunsuz veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden kullanıcı adları kullanmak
5. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde, hesabınıza erişimi önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
6. Sorumluluğun Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde Uygulama içinde veya bu sayfada bildirimde bulunuruz. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
8. Geçerli Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

By using Fut Duel (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is provided by the individual developer Batuhan Ökten. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
Fut Duel is a mobile game where players collect football player cards, build squads, and duel opponents online. It includes features such as matchmaking, rankings, draft tournaments, missions, and the FutPass.
2. Account
- To use the App you must create an account via Sign in with Apple or Google.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
- Username: 3–20 characters; letters, numbers, and underscore (_) only. Profanity, hate speech, impersonation, or misleading names are prohibited. Usernames appear on leaderboards and in matches; violations may lead to suspension.
- Password: At least 8 characters with at least one letter and one number.
3. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases
The App includes virtual items and currencies such as Diamonds, Gold, and the FutPass. Terms regarding these:
- Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be used outside the App.
- Virtual items are non-transferable and cannot be moved to other accounts or people.
- Purchased virtual items are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.
- We reserve the right to modify, manage, or remove virtual items at any time.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
4. Rules of Conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Using cheats, bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools
- Attempting to disrupt the game, servers, or other players' experience
- Selling, trading, or sharing accounts
- Engaging in illegal, harassing, or inappropriate behavior
- Using usernames that are inappropriate or infringe others' rights
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will provide notice in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
